What is OptiSoft Vision?
OptiSoft Vision is optical retail management and lens wholesale software from Vinayak Soft Solutions, Mumbai. It covers billing, prescriptions, inventory, barcodes, accounts and reports in one system.
Who is OptiSoft Vision designed for?
It is built for lens and eyewear wholesalers, individual optical retail shops, and multi-outlet optical chains.
Is the software available for Desktop or Web?
Both. OptiSoft Vision is available for Desktop and for Web (online).
Do I need technical or accounting knowledge to use it?
No. The software is designed to be simple, easy and affordable, and no technical computer or accounting knowledge is needed to use it.
Which products are available?
There are five: Retail, Wholesaler, Shop Billing, Inventory Management and Patient Management. You can compare them on the products page.
Can it manage patient prescriptions and recall customers?
Yes. You can record each patient's exam readings, search by Case No, Name or Mobile No, print advice and the next eye-exam appointment on the prescription card, and use the built-in recall reminder to bring customers back for eye exams, lens replenishment or new frame arrivals.
Do I need barcodes to use it?
No. OptiSoft Vision works with or without barcodes. If you do use them, you can create and print barcode tags directly from the software with a customizable design, which speeds up dispensing and billing.
How does it handle stock?
Stock updates automatically when an item is purchased, sold or returned. Positive and negative stock are both handled, and you can add, search or adjust inventory in a few clicks.
Does it support GST?
Invoices are GST-ready, and the Wholesaler edition supports inter-branch GST sales so branches with different GST numbers stay in sync.
What reports can I get?
You can view Daily, Monthly and Yearly reports along with party-wise purchase, sales, pending payments, customer balances and daily collection. Reports can be downloaded to Excel in one click.
Is my data secure and backed up?
Multiple user levels and roles restrict who can access what, and sensitive data is stored with high-level encryption. Fingerprint access control can optionally be integrated. Automated backups are taken to your hard drive as well as to your email.
